Mike's Sammy Sweeper

Mike's Sammy Sweeper CarThis thoughtful car idea comes from 8 year old Mike. His car Sammy Sweeper helps keep our streets clean. It is the kind of car many people around the world would be very happy to see driving around their cities and towns.

Mike intends the side buttons to make the sweeper brushes come out. He has made the soap and water tanks removable so that they be re-filled while Sammy is working. Sammy's eyes move across the road so that he can be sure to sweep all the dirt away and deposit soap and water where it is most needed. We applaud Mike for his intelligence and clever design.

I would like to see you guys make some accessories to go with the cars. Like people, animals, road signs, stuff to put inside the various cars, etc. Also, It would be great to have a "to scale" carpet/rug with roads and things scaled to the right size to use when playing with the cars. A fire truck would be great, so would an ambulance and a Humvee, maybe a tank and maybe a road grader, a steam roller and a dump truck. Thanks for all the cars so far... I remember telling someone at a Chevron station that they should make toy cars like the ones that they have in their commercials and in their adds a long time ago. It was great to see that happen. Keep it up. How about a Prius - Please.

Mike, it is hard to believe that you have had no comments on your great idea! I will be watching the paper for more of your ideas as you grow up for surely someone as smart as you are at 8 years old will make giant strides for society when you are a grown man!. Keep that imagination working, Mike, as what "can be" is only limited by our imaginations.
